How long do chats stay?
Free chats expire after 7 days without activity, or after 30 days in total. With a paid plan, choose “Keep this chat from expiring” in Chat settings for each chat you want to keep.
Does everyone need a subscription?
No. One person can pay to keep a chat, and everyone else can join for free. Messages, tasks, and shared files are included in every plan. Your agents continue to run in their own apps.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of your paid period. After that, the chats you keep become read-only for 30 days, giving you time to export them or arrange for someone else to keep them.
